Doug Williams is a diversified company that services residential, new home construction, multi family and commercial real estate. Having extensive
knowledge and experience in all four areas – our prime focus is residential and new home construction.

Being in the industry for many years we have dealt with all types of situations and we can utilize these problem-solving skills to best serve you – the customer. While our goal is to sell a clients home and buy homes, we also strive to make a simple and a pleasant experience.We have built our company on being straight forward, honest and looking out for the the best interest of our clients. Therefore, we do not list every home that we have the opportunity to. First off, the market dictates what a property will sell for not a random number a Real Estate Agent suggests. If you want your home overpriced for the market conditions we suggest you call another company.

We would rather do that then have you upset when a property does not sell. Secondly, we do not take on too many listings in order to give each client individualized service so every customer feels that they are special.
Our home building experience works as an advantage in assisting clients because it helps us know what to look out for when taking a buyer to a showing. As a Buyers Agent our objective is to advise the customer what they may expect from a property in terms of possible future problems or as we like to say “lay all the cards on the table, so one can make an educated decision.”
